This entails making ensuring that no unauthorized parties have tampered with an information system. There should be policies in place so that users are aware of how to operate their system correctly.

Availability

As a result of this feature, authorized users can access information services and systems quickly and easily. Even under adverse circumstances, such as database problems or fall-overs, IT resources and infrastructure must always be reliable and fully operational. Defending against malicious software, hackers, and other dangers that could restrict access to systems is a part of this.

Authenticity

This security precaution is intended to authenticate the legitimacy of a transfer, message, or originator or to provide a way to confirm a person's right to receive a particular piece of information. In order to access systems and resources, users must first authenticate their identities to prevent impersonation. This includes login credentials, passwords, emails, biometric information, and others.

Non-Repudiation

This feature guarantees that both the sender and the recipient of the data have access to proof of delivery and the sender's identity, respectively, so that neither side can dispute transmitting, getting, or accessing the data. Identity verification and communication process validation should be done using security principles.

Additionally, there are also other crucial objectives that cyber security prioritizes.

Access Control: Security access control principles establish who should have access to what. In other words, we can designate which users have access to which features. For instance, user X can read database records but cannot update them, whereas user Y has access to both and can view records as well as update them. The two fields of role management and rule management, where role management focuses on the user side, are broadly related by this principle. Which user is able to do what, for example, and rule management focus on the availability of resources. Based on this matrix, a table listing the user and the available products is created.
